Your facial photos are processed securely in real-time using trusted third-party clinical AI sub-processors, specifically Microsoft Azure Face API for advanced facial scanning and Anthropic Claude AI for dermatological report synthesis. We never sell your photos or analysis data to third parties. You can choose to make your skin analysis results public — this is entirely optional and can be changed anytime in your profile settings.

Our website uses Google Analytics to analyse usage and improve user experience. Only anonymous usage data is collected.

Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. To maintain data minimization, all uploaded facial images from guest scans or incomplete user profiles are automatically and permanently purged from our storage servers after 180 days.
